Privacy policy

When you register: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, and a referral code if you entered one.

From the payment: the Razorpay order and payment reference, the amount and the currency. We never see or store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN — those go directly to Razorpay and never touch our server.

If you start the form and do not finish, we keep the name and email you typed so we can send you one reminder. You can ask us to delete that at any time.

Technical data: your IP address, browser user-agent, the page you were on, and which steps of the page you reached. We use this to work out where people get stuck.

We ask before loading any analytics. Nothing from Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity runs until you press Allow on the banner, and if you press No it never loads at all.

We do keep a small first-party record of which sections of the page you reached, without analytics cookies and without sharing it with anyone. We use a browser local-storage value to recognise the same visit across pages.

To perform the contract you entered when you registered — we cannot email you a joining link without your email address — and, for the technical data, our legitimate interest in understanding and fixing our own page.

Razorpay, to take the payment. Our email provider, to deliver your confirmation. That is the complete list.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to any unrelated mailing list.

Registration and payment records: 8 years, because Indian tax and company law requires us to keep financial records.

Abandoned-form leads: 90 days after the event, then deleted.

Page analytics: 12 months.

Email events@recilens.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will action it within 30 days.

If you ask us to delete and we are legally required to keep a financial record, we will tell you exactly which record and why, and delete everything else.
