Code of conduct

Treat everyone in the session with respect. That is the whole rule; the rest is detail about what it means.

Harassment, insults or demeaning comments about anyone, including about how much or how little they know. Everyone in the room is learning something.

Comments or conduct relating to gender, caste, religion, sexuality, disability, appearance, age or nationality.

Sharing other attendees' screens, code, names or contact details outside the session.

Disrupting the session, or using the chat to advertise.

We will say so once. If it continues, we remove you from the session and the WhatsApp group.

Removal for conduct does not earn a refund, which is the one exception to our otherwise unconditional refund policy.

Tell us during the session by direct message, or email events@recilens.com afterwards. Reports go only to Siva and are not shared with the person you are reporting unless you ask for that.
